As I transition into my role as Executive Director of Springboard, I feel a sense of privilege and pride to now be a part of a mission that impacts over 70,000 children in more than 170 schools, with the help of 156 artists in our community each year.

For over 50 years, Springboard has partnered with area schools to provide ‘hands-on’ programs and ‘minds-on’ learning to thousands of students, while supporting their social and academic development. Creativity, critical thinking and effective communication are essential skills that prepare students for the increasingly complex life and work environments. Springboard programs are changing the lives of children and empowering them to reach their fullest potential through the arts and a variety of cultural experiences.
