As a leader in the Branch Team Support area of the Service division, Elaine Renner is responsible for leading teams who provide timely, accurate and complete responses to branch team inquiries. Branch Team Support focuses on aligning to how branch teams think, learn and work by partnering with other areas to shape, co-design and advocate for solutions to improve the branch experience.
Elaine joined Edward Jones in 1993 as a service specialist in Equity Service. She was named a principal in 2004. Over the years, she has led a number of service teams within the Service division.
Originally from Edwardsville, Ill., Elaine holds the Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses. She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bradley University in Peoria, Ill., and earned an MBA from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. She is also a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School’s Securities Industry Institute.
Elaine is the executive sponsor for the Edward Jones Business Resource Group for those with visible and invisible barriers, which is known as adaptABILITIES. She is also the executive sponsor for Springboard to Learning, the St. Louis region’s largest provider of arts and cultural integration and enrichment programs. The organization serves more than 50,000 students in elementary, middle schools and community venues each year.
