The Colors of Italy NEW
Italy is full of colors -- its people, cities, and natural world. Students participate in hands-on activities that have them hearing, seeing, and even eating some of these colors. They explore how Italian children celebrate holidays by making Venetian carnival masks. They learn the story behind the “invention” of pizza by preparing an authentic Italian one. They also learn Italian words and short phrases from everyday life, songs and children’s games. Their guide on this trip through Italian culture, art, history, and family life is Professoressa Claudia Favero, an Italian native. Buon viaggio!
